LOCATION LAB

Operate a second-location study

1. Customer brief

Customers start at the home page or use an individual invitation. An authorised Dots agent can prepare the same form using its separate draft link. The customer confirms. No patient-level information is needed.

2. Agree scope and payment

Confirm the bounded northern Melbourne scope, service, assumptions, price and delivery date. Record an invoice reference and optional secure payment link. Verify settled funds in your payment provider or bank before marking paid. No automatic payment processor is connected.

3. Confirm the first clinic

Use independently licensed coordinates. Confirm the current address, operating evidence, customer mix, fees, referrals and capacity. Exclude the clinic’s own mapped records. Translate written exclusions into excluded anchor IDs; do not assume free text changes model constraints.

4. Audit, run and investigate

Predeclare the provider audit plan, 80% thresholds and diverse catchments. Independently identify at least 30 businesses over ten catchments and verify at least 30 provider records. Upload actual evidence. Audit samples are limited and do not establish exhaustive coverage or practitioner capacity.

Run the saved brief. Failed work resumes from saved stages; no paid provider calls occur. If the browser is closed during a long run, reopening the run resumes unfinished work. Incomplete catchments are not zero competition.

5. Review and deliver

Select up to three areas. Record dated competitor, arrival and street checks; resolve flagged location conflicts. Import authorised property stock only if commissioned. Generate the draft PDF and inspect every page at print size. Save the review, approve the current run and generate final exports. Changing the brief or review revokes approval.

Record verified payment and create a customer delivery link. The customer sees no results until both payment and current approval are valid. Refunding payment or revoking the link blocks further access; previously downloaded files cannot be recalled.

Recovery and data refresh

Download a project backup after review. It contains brief history, frozen-input identities, run summaries and review records. Restoration creates a new draft; rerun and review are required. Source snapshots and generated artifacts are separate. Back up local storage with the supplied maintenance script; cloud storage uses D1 and R2.

Refresh is a controlled release: ingest appropriately licensed evidence, inspect coverage and rights, regenerate contexts/maps/manifests, rerun regression tests and predeclare a new audit against the new dataset ID. The service blocks real final delivery when the POI snapshot is older than 90 days. It does not pretend to have a live property feed.

Release scope

Physiotherapy only; northern Melbourne only. No Google, paid API, automatic outreach, patient data, revenue prediction or unsupervised approval. “Approved” means analyst-reviewed investigation priorities, not a guarantee of commercial success.
