Site Intelligence We collect only what we need to prepare your location study.

What we collect

Your business name, your name and email address, and your business's street address.
Your answers to the brief.
If you choose to give them: the number of your customers in each postcode. If you upload a file, it is read in your own browser and only the postcode counts are sent to us. The file itself, and any names or details in it, never leave your computer.
A one-way scrambled form of your internet address, used only to limit spam and abuse.

Please don't send us patient or member names, dates of birth or health information. We don't need them and don't ask for them.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your study, to contact you about it, and to improve the service. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Our website hosting provider stores your brief and report.
If email delivery is used, our email provider handles messages about your study.
When you search for your address, only that address text is sent to the Victorian Government's address service.
If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Draft links expire after 14 days, submitted-brief links after 90 days, and download links after 30 days. Link expiry does not delete the saved study. Saved studies are not automatically deleted when a link expires. Contact us below to request correction or deletion.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you: reply to any email from us. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
