This register describes the data used in our northern Melbourne sample and the address and locality services used for new briefs. Each study records its own sources and checks. Census demographics date from 2021; 2025 district population estimates are shown separately. Mapped businesses do not establish customer demand, vacancy or capacity. Google Maps and Google reviews are not used in these analyses.

When an analyst selects a live Vicmap address, its source record, coordinates and retrieval time are saved with the brief and included in the delivery manifest. This is separate from the frozen demographic and business extracts.
